Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Schut Online Plants. We take pride in delivering healthy, greenhouse‑grown plants directly to our customers. Because live plants are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions beyond our control, we maintain a strict and limited refund policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of live plants are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or picked up.

2. Arrival Guarantee (24‑Hour Claim Window)

We guarantee that your plants will be loaded alive and in healthy condition.

If your order is damaged or severely stressed, you must contact us within 24 hours of pick-up.

To submit a claim, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the plant(s) and any packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Send all documentation to contact@schutonlineplants.com within the 24‑hour window.
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be reviewed.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for issues resulting from:

  • Damage as a result of improper loading at pick-up

  • Improper care, watering, or handling after pick-up

  • Exposure to unsuitable temperatures, humidity, or lighting

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect plant health

  • Natural variations in size, color, or shape

Live plants are natural products, and variations are expected.

4. Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, Schut Online Plants may, at our discretion, provide:

  • A store credit,

  • A partial refund, or

  • A replacement plant (if available).

Cash refunds are rare and issued only in exceptional cases.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are prepared for shipment.
Once plants have been pulled, packaged, or loaded, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
